the 60 FPS occur because of VSync and has nothing to do with blub Get to the systemsettings, then NVIDIA settings and then look for Vertical Syncronisation. Then deactivate it and restart the game

Because of the lags, I'll try today on an INTEL-OnBoard Graficcard how it works; id there are really that big problems I'll reduce the grafics.
The lags maybe occur because the server has to less performance, will test and watch it today evening. Because of the bots the server has to calculate more, so I'll think about reducing the maximum of bots to 3

U need only 60FPS for playing the game. More does your Screen not support. I really don't know why people want to have more than 60 FPS. The game isn't different at 100 or 999 frames per second
What happend to the screeny? Seems the graphiccard got to hot, or ur driver are outdated

yes, the more, the better; but all above 60 isn't noticeable for the player

Thx for the feedback!
I believe the error is that there r several people playing with 10 bots and that the server is too weak to handle it. If there are 30 or 40 bots the server isn't able to handle all the packages anymore. So I reduced the maximm of bots to 3!
