Problem !

Hello!
When i start blubGame it shows me an error window!
"
D:\blubVolley\blubVolley.exe

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. "

I downloaded it 100 times and.. nothing.
